Order Completion

  • Kindly anticipate a response time of 24 to 48 hours for your order confirmation, although we strive to reply as promptly as we can.

  • All orders require a minimum of 3-5 business days for completion

  • For larger orders, please allow 7-10 business days for completion

  • You can modify your confirmed order; however, personalized items cannot be changed once the order is confirmed.

Product Availability

  • We take pride in providing high-quality products in our gift boxes. Occasionally, some items may be unavailable with short notice. If an item is not available when you order, we may substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value.

  • By purchasing our gift baskets with Spirits, Beer or Wine, you are verifying that you and the recipient(s) are 21+.

Pick up or Delivery

  • Free pickup from Interbay (Seattle, WA)

  • Delivery is available at an additional cost within the Greater Seattle area

  • You can authorize a person to pickup your order. The authorized person will assume full responsibility upon pickup. Please provide their full legal name, and they must show a valid photo ID during pickup.

Shipping

  • We genuinely appreciate the interest from customers beyond the Greater Seattle area. Presently, we're equipped for pickup and delivery within this region. If you need delivery outside this area, we'll do our best to accommodate based on scheduling, and we'll provide a new delivery quote for your consideration. Your understanding means a lot to us.

Refund Policy

  • If you're dissatisfied with your purchase, kindly inform us within 7 days via email, and we will make every effort to address the issue. Please note that, given the handmade nature of each gift, all sales are final.
